RED
The championship Red Course, designed in 1908 by five-time Open Champion J.H. Taylor, is a classic heathland test featuring firm fairways, strategic bunkering, and raised greens.
A standout stretch from holes 5 to 9 builds to a memorable par three at the 9th, followed by a closing run of seven par fours that demand focus and precision.
A proud host of Regional Qualifying for The Open Championship, the Red Course has also staged the English Amateur and European Tour First Stage Qualifying since 2011.
COURSES
BLUE
Designed by Simon Gidman and opened in 1994, the Blue Course blends bold bunkering with undulating greens to create a strategic test.
Early water hazards lead into a varied layout of dog-leg par fours and four par fives set within the estate’s naturally beautiful terrain.
Host to Euro Pro Tour events and the prestigious women’s Scratch Salver, the Blue Course promises a memorable day of golf.

GREEN
The Green Course remains true to J.H. Turner’s original design, with the famed ‘short nine’ from holes 7 to 15 preserving its classic heathland character after more than 85 years.
Featuring two demanding par threes and a layout that rewards precision and thoughtful play, it stands as a timeless test of golf.
A firm favourite among members and a proud host of national events during England Golf Week, the Green Course offers an enduring and distinguished experience.
